The impersonator stated they were from Kaiser Permanente administrators and staff. They even sent paperwork to my bank trying to slander me. These people drove to my bank on dates of 12/17-12/18/2024 trying to collect their money in person. These individuals drove a red-orange with a black flames design on the side 2024 ford mustang, a blond female she made eye contact with me and drove a black mustang, another person had a Toyota white 4 door SUV and an older male drove a Harley motorcycle. Another tall thin male made eye contact with me also. I file a report to a federal agent even provided them individuals descriptions they were all Caucasians. Ages approximately high 40s - 60s. I got to get a good look at these scammers. It is scary how people are asking for ransom money on apps. I pray these people get caught soon.
