SipAndSmith.com canceled workshop last minute and won't refund
The next morning, I messaged her multiple times and called several times asking if the class was still happening. She finally responded that she could not hold the class due to her injury. She stated she would issue a refund minus a $50 deposit per person ($150 total). However, the cancellation was made less than two hours before the class. After multiple requests for the refund, she blocked us and said a partial refund would be processed in up to 30 days. It has now been 34 days, and I have not received any refund.
I’m sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision.
