Simplia, Inc. is a Website Development company with a management team that will go out of it's way to try their best to help their customers recieve great customer service. There are always some unsatisfied customers, but the management team at Simplia will really try their best to ensure that their customers recieve solid customer service and that their websites are built professionally.

I question/refute this claim

I was very skeptical of Simplia when I came on board and I am aware that when they first launched about a year ago, they grew much faster than anticipated and had some growing pains, but I seriously doubt/question anyone (customer or employee) has been taken advantage of or "ripped" off intentionally. If the person in the post above will contact me at either [email protected] or [email protected] or you can call me at 321-634-2235.
Provided you have the texts/receipts you state, you should be in their system as a past payment and if no website was designed and presented to you (you also have to agree to the website before your first month begins) and you simply paid and never heard from anyone and got no response or refund, it should be easy to find and prove and I will be more than happy to help correct.

I got a spam text message offering a marketing funnel for my business using AI but after 8 days all I heard was lies, lies, and more lies. I asked for my money back on June 12th since one of their claims is a 30 day money back Guarantee it's been 35 day as of today 7-17-2023 and 43 days since this while scam started and nobody will get back to me about my refund. I disputed it with my credit card company only to have them recharge my card, claiming I never requested a refund. Even though I have it all documented via text and email. I even pleaded with my rep Kara Whitney and asked her not to scam me and if this isn't real please don't do this to me, I have already been through hell and back since Covid and I can't take another blow but some people have no conscious. Simplia is simply disgusting. Their address and phone number is fake they are not even in the USA they are based out of India.
