Purchased tickets to Brian McKnight's concert from Simple Tix operated by Adrian Gunn on 11/28/25 for concert on 01/31/26 in the amount of $187.00. I printed my tickets. Concert was to be at Brandt Center at NNU. Venue changed to Revolution Center.

Next communication was the concert was canceled due to low ticket sales. I have an email along with 14 others from Adrian Gunn on 01/30/26 that refunds would be processed on Monday, allow 7-10 business days. Never received money and contacted this person continually about status. I am now being ghosted. Another individual associated with this mess is BigGunn Productions, Rickie Oliver. Please help me get this situation resolved.
