I placed an order for 180.00 US dollars August 3. The shipment never arrived and there were no updates on the tracking number. I contacted Silix by email and after several auto replies from them I finally got one saying it seems your package was lost. We wil send out the replacement soon. That was the last I've heard from them. This was August 27th. They never sent me a tracking number nor did they say they shipped the parcel. They no longer reply to my emails. Their phone number does not work. Basically they stole 180 US dollars from me. Do not buy from this company. I keep seeing ads for them so they must still be in business. They are a scam.
