None of his phone numbers work. He takes an initial installment and then he disappears. He is targeting senior citizens.
I live in Norwood Park Chicago . He has a lot of different addresses and phone numbers.
He deposited my check in a Chase Bank Account with a stamp of Deposit Only. He takes the check and goes immediately to the bank so that the check is posted as soon as possible then the bank is unable to stop payment.
He does not need to endorse it with his business name or his signature.
Chase Bank will not help you because you as the consumer, you wrote the check to the fake company.
He is protected because this criminal has a Chase Bank account too.
I am a visually impaired 63 year old. I made Fraud Report to the bank, I made police report, I made Elder Fraud Report with the FBI, I contacted the Cook County States Attorney office (fraud division) and I contacted the media.
Chase Bank does not help--they protect a criminal!!!!!!
