This man called himself John came to fix our refrigerator. Invoice says main board was the problem. Replace and of course we paid. That night same issue started up again. I called my bank and tried to stop check but they said it already posted to the account. Waited out the weekend called on Monday & he said someone from the the office would call me back. I called them back mentioned about our warranty and our warranty yet no one was coming back out! After numerous calls they said they would refund our money of course that hasn’t happened yet. This all started on 9/25. My invoice shows their company name as Appliance Repair Center & HVAC, the back of my check shows it was deposited at BOA stamped with the name Signature Appliance Repair & HVAC LLC PHONE # 704-727-4151 someone Named Maurice answered the phone I think by accident all other calls go to answering machine. Location is 3611 Mt Holly-Huntersville Rd Suite 204 Charlotte.

We can only hope we are the last people these people scam!
