I bought a dogs bed Buy one and get the second for free I only receive one bed instead of two and it was the wrong size as well

They sent me a product that was the wrong color and cheaply made. Also, the ad clearly stated that if you buy 2, the shipping is free. I bought 2 and was still charged $12 for shipping. When I contacted them immediately about the erroneous shipping charge, I got no response. When the product came and it was wrong, I immediately emailed them asking to return it for a full refund. They took forever to respond and told me to give it to someone who needs it and they would give me some discounts on future orders. I again told them I want a full refund and they offered $4 each and still nothing about the shipping. I paid a total of $54.77, so this will not do. I reported them to FTC.gov and PayPal. Hoping PayPal will get my refund.
