I ordered 1 extra large anti anxiety dog bed - get one free. All I got was a cat bed and toy! Message sent through PayPal and all I get is your order has been sent! Complete waste of money.

I ordered XL dog beds, buy one, get one free. I received 1 bed which was so small my cat can't even fit in it. Never received the 2nd one. I emailed them and they said they need the order number, I'm not in the system. I never received any paperwork so I don't have an order number. I am so sick of these companies taking advantage of people.

In November 2021, I ordered 2 electric charged ride on car for my 2 Grandchildren for Xmas. To my disappointment I received 2 helmets and 2 sets of arm & leg protectors in one small box but haven’t received the ride on cars that I had ordered. I’m so greatly disappointed as these were for Xmas. We have less than 2 weeks now till Xmas and I wasted my money on these not realising that I was never going to get what I had ordered. They are advertised everywhere on Facebook and it would have been great for my eldest granddaughter who has cerabral palsy. There was a card in the box that said to contact them, but I can’t seem to get them. The email address is…. [email protected] the card says to fill it out and return but there is no return address either. Please help ?

In October I ordered a round, size large, thick, plush calming dog bed (buy 1 get 1 free) from a Facebook ad. Finally received a thin, small flat rectangular mat labeled "one size". Followed instructions to obtain address to return item. No response. Filed complaint with PayPal 12-11-21.
