I signed up for the streaming service and went to cancel after a week. The application wouldn’t allow me to cancel and gave me many errors saying to contact support services. When I contacted them, they said they would credit my account and cancel, then in the next email they are telling me they can’t cancel the account on their end. I had to report fraud through my bank due to them keep billing my account.
