Bought an item from Facebook ad for $32.23 from vivly on debit card. Never received item. 3 weeks later vivly charged my debit card again for $34.99 causing a fraud alert and my debit card getting cancelled. Debit card charges show up as “shopnivelle.com” for both charges.
