I purchased 2 baseball jerseys from this website, it was stated that the jerseys were official and there was free and easy returns if needed. I ordered on Black Friday and several days later I was sent a picture of the shipping label but nothing was ever received. I contacted them mid-December and I was told it was transferring carriers. Three days later I received the package. Both jerseys are not official jerseys as stated on the website, the pictures don't match what I received. The material is silky and the stitching is horrible. The quality is so poor it's embarrassing. I didn't even try on the jerseys because I am not going to keep them. When I contacted customer service about the return, they wanted to know the reason and they wanted pictures. I explained my disappointment with the quality. The response I received was that returning the item is time consuming and not very cheap. They said they would give me a 40% refund if I keep the items. They also said they have a restocking fee they have to pay. I told them they state of their website that returns are free and easy, this is the complete opposite. I told them I am expecting a 100% refund. The last email I received, I was given an address to return the jerseys too. I was told that as long as I send a tracking number, they would refund my money 100%. Please do not buy from this website, they send a horrible product and are difficult to work with when you need to return.
