Ordered product online and never received it
On May 24th I ordered and paid for a product online from the website shoppuravita.com in the total amount of $74.99 which included EXPEDITED/PRIORITY SHIPPING. On May 28th I received a email from them apologizing for the delay due to high demand and assured me my order would be processed and shipped within the week & that's the last I ever heard from them. No more delayment emails, No updated tracking information emails NOTHING! So on June 21st I replied to their email telling them that this is COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE and if I didn't receive a shipping confirmation with a valid tracking # by the end of the next buisness day I would be reporting them to the FTC & BBB. NO RESPONSE! Two days later I went on their website and filled out their customer support form and basically said the Same thing ( and on both the form and the email I provided screenshots and my order #) AND STILL NO RESPONSE!!!! ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW!!!
