An ad for a toddler potty training stool appeared on my Instagram, I followed the Instagram link and ordered the product. I received an email with a confirmation of the order and a statement that I would be notified when the product shipped. I never received such an email and never received the product. I sent multiple emails to the listed customer service email with no reply. There is no listed phone number.
