This store was advertising discounted prices on TikTok. I decided to place an order for a mega tablet for $39.99. The first red flag was the delay and the reasons why my product couldn’t be delivered. For example, one delivery attempt said they didn’t have a gate code but I don’t live in a gated community. Then once my order had been rescheduled multiple times, I was told my case had been escalated to the supervisor team and I should receive an email in the next few days. Weeks went by and I never received anything. This went on for over a month and I never received my product despite them saying it had been. Complete scam!

After viewing an ad for an e bike I was taken to the HOOMA website, upon adding the item to cart and finishing purchasing, I was given order details, after more than the promised 7-10 business delivery days I still have not received any tracking number, carrier information, or product, upon reaching out I have been met with no response and constant fake delivery updates

Someone on TikTok was advertising on a video of an ice maker, so the link takes you to their website. I purchased on 7/12/26 and have never received the item.

Clicked on a link from TikTok to purchase an ice maker. Sent to website https://shophooma.com/. Purchased ice maker for $39.99 plus tax. Credit card charge shows business name was “JM Grateful”. I received an email from [email protected] 10 days after purchase with “tracking” information. The tracking information is fake—said the gate code was incorrect despite no gate around my house. Then it said they attempted to deliver and no one was home, but I was home all day. Now it’s saying my package was misrouted to an adjacent zone. The order was made over a month ago and I have not received the ice maker. My experience is consistent with other people who report being scammed.

I was on Facebook and seen an advertisement for this bike e-bike and it was $79 and I got it and the final cost was $82.98 and I haven't got no email I just did it today but I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen what do I do? I have screenshots of the whole thing

I believe I found the product on tiktok and after a month, 5 or 6 "delivery attempts" and connecting with support I still haven't received product. I also was unable to find my tracking number at any of the delivery places DHL, UPS, FEDEX...

I ordered a couch off of their website a month ago and it never arrived. They are no longer responding to customer service emails from me, and the tracking updates I receive are phony ex: delivery truck broke down; delivery rescheduled.
