Headline: DO NOT ORDER - Package never arrived and no support

I never received my items from Shophiha.com. Despite their claims that the package was sent out and signed for, nothing ever arrived at my address. To make matters worse, there is no phone number to reach a real person—only an email address ([email protected]) that has been unhelpful. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This has been a total headache.
