I order Premium Liquid Collagen x1 mistakenly for a dog rather than my cat. on 5/24/2026. I email to ask for a replacement for my cat, willing to send the unopened bottle back. Their return policy is 60 days money back guarantee, no questions asked and would respond to an email within 12 hours at [email protected] and a refund within 5-10 business days. I emailed 6/1, 6/9, 6/14 no response. Their confirmation email for my order #160920 for $32.98 was from [email protected]. There is NO ADDRESS or PHONE NUMBER available. This is a true SCAM.

I purchased collagen for my dog. When the item arrived, I noticed it had a strong odor, so I asked for my money back. The company has never responded to my emails.

Purchase made and then ghosted by seller. They do not have a phone number and will not respond to emails. Multiple emails. The shipment never arrived but I kept getting strange tracking updates of the delivery going all over the country except where it was supposed to go. I believe it is an overseas company as a product shipped within the USA wouldnt take weeks to arrive. This company is a fraud!
