After informing me that I needed a required medical card, I asked to make a cancellation and she refused. Then sent me a link to purchase a card for $399 through the same chime link she had sent me before. I was never informed that this was required until I spent 3 hours awaiting the delivery of my product. I was misinformed and misled. I know that recreational laws in Virginia are currently unstable. But my money should have never been taken before making sure I was making an informed decision.
