AGOA claims to be a veteran owned company, selling "pro America" attire. I purchased some flags and a sticker. After 6 weeks of only receiving a small sticker, I contacted AGOA. Mark Yentzer responded and claimed that there was an error with my order (originally for $31.31) and re-issued the order at "no charge". When I checked my billing statement I had 3 additional charges since the original order on October 24, 2024 for an additional $80, totaling $111.31 charged to my card and only a sticker received. I contract Mark requesting an immediate refund to the charges. Mark claimed that when I ordered the flags (still never received) that I was automatically "enrolled into the AGOA Gear Tester Program" where AGOA would enter you in their "giveaways for prizes and merchandize". I again demanded a refund to the fraudulent charges, to which Mark said he would cancel my membership and refund the last fee I was charged ($29.99). The $29.99 was placed back on my card, but the remaining $81.31 Mark was "unable to" refund as he could only go back 7 days. I still have not received ANY of the flags I ordered. BUYER BEWARE!!
