Shop Urban Ridge Reports & Reviews (1)

Report

I found Shop Urban Ridge (shopurbanridge.com, a Shopify store) through an online ad and on Sep 2, 2026 paid $109.00 (plus a $1.09 foreign transaction fee) by Visa debit card for a pair of boots. The charge appeared on my statement as "SP SHOP URBAN RIDGE LONDON GB". On Sep 3 I received a "shipped" email with a USPS tracking number (9214490424544800427982), but USPS has no record of it ("Tracking Not Available"). The boots were never delivered. I requested a refund by email ([email protected], contact "Emily Carter") on Sep 20, Sep 29 and Oct 7; each time the refund was refused and I was offered only a discount code and a third-party foreign return form. The domain was registered Jun 8, 2026. I have also reported this to the FTC, Shopify and the Minnesota Attorney General.
