I ordered a pair of running shoes on 11/20/2024. I received an order number from the Luniva store with a tracking number from a shipping company SHANDIANHOUexpress. The tracking number is invalid and does not track anything but just creates an error. The email listed on the order is [email protected]. I have sent multiple emails with zero response. None of the links in the order confirmation email work.
