I purchased the shoes through their website over the summer. It took about two months for me to receive it. I kept getting notifications. It was on its way.. I knew that something was wrong. When I find out the shoe was not the shoe I ordered it wasn’t the material or the type of shoe I ordered.. so I’ve been having conversations with Samantha, Retchie. Samantha told me she would make sure that I get my refund plus a little extra. I have the screenshots from the emails to prove it. For months, I’ve been told oh we’re gonna get your refund or we’re checking on it now. That’s only due to me asking about it. Then it was a guy named PAUL who swears up and down they gave me a refund that never happened. I signed up for a website called site jabbers where I left all the information about how I was scammed how I didn’t get my money back. And there’s so many other people on this site talking about show me money and how they’ve been scammed. And I wanted my money back and I hate that I wasted my time. I don’t even have a physical. I don’t know if they’re in the US or not. It’s only an email. There’s not a phone number for you to contact anybody.

ShoeMeHoney is a Fake Retail Store

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website shoemehoney.com on June 4th. I received confirmation of the order including a link to the Shop app, with details of my order. There was no shipping information on Shop and I have still not received any shipping information from ShoeMeHoney. I emailed them and also submitted a request through their website. I received 3 email responses obviously written by AI, which makes statements about processing and shipping that is contrary to the information found on their website. These email responses come from Zendesk. Despite these responses, I still have not received any updates on my order status or shipping information. This website is a complete scam.

At the bottom of their email ads, it lists an address of 2740 Slough St, Mississauga, Ontario L4T 1G3, CA. However, this address appears to be leased by some company called AN & Associates (which has a terrible rating and reviews on the Better Business Bureau website).

The phone number on the ShoeMeHoney website is listed as (516)666-6410. This number shows up as a New York USA phone number but is not in service if you try to call it. As a Canadian phone number, you have to dial 011-1-666-6410 from a mobile device and it answers with a recording of a male voice that says "hello" and then nothing else. Then it hangs up after about 3 minutes.

COMPLETE EFFING SCAM. I'm really pissed, especially because I really wanted those effing shoes. :(

Company sells shoes but never sends them or sends inferior product. I have not received anything. They list a phone number 516 666-6410 that is disconnected. From research it appears another company retrosandals.com but it isnt a website. Another company looks affiliated with them honeyclothesshop.com

I ordered boots from this site and they never gave me a shipment confirmation! I paid over $98 and they never even answered my request to refund my money! No boots... no way to talk to anyone and no money returned :( I googled the address they have on one of the emails and do not see the company there at all! Also the statement on my bank account says a different name of the company instead of Shoe Me Honey! I am extremely upset and want my money back!!! They scammed me!
