Advertised business selling boots popped up as sponsored on Instagram. High quality boots were displayed on website and stated to be on sale for the holidays. The boots shown on website were not the boots they send out to customers. The website states they are USA owned and operated, fast delivery and satisfaction guarantee. Once I made my purchase a delivery date was not given, after 1 week of no shipping information I reached out to ask about my order. After two days they replied to my email stating they were going through quality control and my boots would soon be sent out. I tracked my package and it stated it was shipping out from China. I placed my order on December 13, 2024 and i received my order January 6, 2025. The boots that I received look nothing alike to what I ordered. The sole of the boots are completely different and don't have the image that the website had.

I order here after waiting for my order and have no recive any I contact PayPal and they rich out to them I was out of town PayPal send info the they replied back and I was getting my order so I wait for recive my order I went out of town went recive was not home to check PayPal tell me I recive package so I was happy I got hom and what I recive is a shoes the it's not what they offer different and plastic bad shoes becarful don't buy here I'm contacting PayPal to see if they help whit this

I MADE A PURCHASE ON THEIR WEBSITE BEING ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK. THEY DIDNT SEND THE MERCHANDISE THAT THEIR ADVERTISING. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND TRYING TO OFFER A PERCENTAGE OF PAY IN RETURN. IM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND & WILLING TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE @ THEIR EXPENSE.
