I paid for two camping rocker chairs and after months waiting received two tiny, useless fold out stools. They are so small and poorly made that they are useless junk. But of course, most importantly they are nothing remotely similar to what I paid for.

The email I have in my PayPal account for this transaction is not correct and I keep getting back any email I sent because it’s wrong ! Wtf

I ordered a Garden Kneeler with tool holder for $22 through PayPal. After waiting 8 weeks and not receiving the items i contacted paypal. They said i needed to send a letter to the seller for more information, which i did. The Seller ([censored]ou) returned may note with a response that said they had sent out the kneeler. Instead of receiving the kneeler, i received the tool holder which was a free gift, never received the kneeler. I opened up a dispute with PayPal and they are not better than [censored]ou Tech co. I have repeatedly tried to contact PayPal but they are so back logged with phony phone calls that they DO NOT HAVE THE COURTOUCY TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS. PAYPAL KEEPS CHANGING THE RESOLUTION DATE FORWARD SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. NEITHER COMPANY IS WORTH THEIR SALT.

Ordered a luxury reclining swinging camp chair in May 2020 requested they return my money in July since I had not received it yet. heard nothing back then on August 6 received a child camp stool about 6' off the ground and ? Order a 3 shelf universal wall unit bracket. All I recieved was a small metal rack that can hold a sponge. Don't understand why they allow them to advertise to get your money and send u a small toy. SOMEONE SHUT THE COMPANY DOWN PLEASE

I ordered 2 Premium Portable Camping Folding Lawn chairs & so far have yet to receive them I did however like some previous reviews got the bags, which i found to be odd since the chairs are supposed to fold into a case. I contacted them directly through paypal & they basically said it was delivered & it wasn't their fault if the item was lost. WTF !
This has been an ongoing battle , i too have demanded a refund i don't know how their gross incompetence is my fault? no chance in hell i would have been wasting my time with contacting them had i received the product i paid for.
this company is a piece of crap they have no customer service skills & should not be allowed to sell anything since they so easily do not take responsibility if the merchandise order is mishandled.

I also had that experience. Paypal will not refund without a government agency crime report. The internet crime reporting agency wants numbers for the seller that I have no way of obtaining, so the reporting is impossible. I am more than angry at the whole incident.

Avoid doing business with this company. They are scam artists. Purchased a product that will not work, and they admit the advertisement is incorrect however they refuse to refund my money back to me. I have been going back and forth with them for two months.

If you paid using a credit Card contact the issuing bank and complain and open an investigation for fraud. You need to do it within90 days of the purchase.

If you ordered through PayPal contact them to start a dispute. If you used a credit card contact them to do a chargeback. I am waiting for a decision from PayPal and if I can't get satisfaction there I am going to my card issuing bank.
