You need to file with https://www.uspis.gov/report/ - file under mail fraud. I think if enough of us do this - they will take notice. Contacting the company is useless.

Same thing happened to me - ordered legos, received fake raybans. Filed a fraud complaint with Captial one and today a month later they reversed the charges and was told due to Visa's policy I would need supporting evidence from another company on letterhead stating specifically what the original merchant did incorrectly. Seriously? What a crock! This is a fraudulent company that takes your money and sends fake items through customs and gets away with it. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Board and I will let you know what happens. I expect Captial One to stand by their customer and not hide behind Visa's ridiculous second opinion policy. Crazy!

I feel for all of you , what a SCAM , ordered Firbit 4 Fitness tracker back in November 03 , 2020 . After a little over a month I received package with correct tracking number but inside was a FAKE pair of Rayman sunglasses instead of Fitbit . Have tried to contact at no avail and have contacted my credit card company and filed a Fraud charge .

Update: I have been relentless in trying to get my money back from this fake company. I ordered legos recieved fake Ray bans, phone number is fake email was blocked, then I finally got thru to this email: service5 helpdesk@ supporthome24.com. first they said the stock was sold out then they tried to offer me fake Chinese legos then they said if I sent their (fake) sunglasses back they would refund me 30%. Next offer: keep the sunglasses and get 40% back. Next offer: first send back sunglasses then will refund 100%. I refused all and will not pay the $25 to $40 it costs to send their package to china. Everyone who has been scammed should keep sending emails to this company and reporting this to everyone and every scam reporting outlet there is.

Candi, did you order off of Facebook? I ordered lego sets and received counterfeit Raybans. Reaching out to that company will get you nowhere. The company is actually based here in the United States or so they say, in Georgia. They operate under Kittysource and if you go to Kittysource.com it takes you to a children's boutique under another name. They use many online ads and offer different items for sale but if you notice when you get the payment confirmation it will state Kittysource will be on the credit card statement. The items mailed to you are all coming from the same place in China. I filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Board against Captial One since that was the credit card I used for the purchase. They responded and credit my account only it is a temporary credit again because Capital One states they are waiting for the company to reply. So they get a second chance to send false information. I gave Captial One so much information showing fraud and I can't believe how this is being handled. I did file with the USPS mail fraud division and I hope others will too. They sent counterfeit items through the USPS mail. I think the only way this is going to get noticed is if more people to file with the:
Consumer Financial Protection Board
FBI Internet Division
Better Business Bureau
USPS Mail Fraud Division

Fake ll bean ad on Facebook. Have ordered from ll bean before. The ad looked good. Placed my order paid the bill and waited. Mouth later ship tracking said was delivered. Checked mail box and got sunglasses. Not what I ordered. Have contacted several times and it was always something. Said sale was over and product was out of stock. Facebook should be monitoring the scammers and blocking them. This is ridiculous and I guess I learned my lesson if it ships from China dont buy.

I went to the website and they said they were having a black friday sale for Christmas, I also tried calling the number and it was a fake number & the email was fake as well. I looked up the location a couple days after and it was to a little tike bike factory.

I ordered a few Little Tikes off a Facebook ad, waiting a couple months to receive so tried contacting the site on the payment confirmation email, it was called "Shopkefan" and it had an automatic response that you would need to contact the webpage where you made the order -- that webpage no longer existed - in the meantime randomly received in the mail a fake Hermes men's acrylic navy scarf with same China address listed above. Tried taking it up with credit card Capital One to no avail. The takeaway - NEVER order ANYTHING from a Facebook ad. Burned and mad about it.
