I was scammed by shipnshift

My story is the EXACT SAME as everyone here!
I was scammed and wasted 4 weeks of my life!

I was in incontact with a “Michael Hudson”,
a”Michael Peters” and a “Jessica Wilson”

I am beyond devastated!

ShipNShift Scam

I received an email to my gmail account about an available job being offered. The email came from [email protected]. The email stated that my job credentials matched for a quality control inspector. I accepted and received another email giving me next steps to apply for the job. They send a google document form for me to fill out and tax papers as well. I completed them and I gave them my information such as name, address and phone number. They also called me for a phone interview to explain the job details. The job basically was reshipping packages. I would receive a package and then get a new shipping label to send it to. I did my research, and it sounded legit with a real website. I was told to login to a panel where I could see the packages that were coming and report to them that they were received. I upload a picture and request a new shipping label and send it out to either UPS or FedEx. I was assigned a "supervisor" to text or email in case I had questions. His name was William Harris, and his boss was Thomas Smith. I was told I be paid $3200 after 30 days and then $800 weekly every Friday after that or once "training" was over. I spent money on boxes and Ubers to drop off the packages. I never received the pay. After further look into it I realized it was a scam. The panel I used is no longer available and the documents they sent are suddenly gone but I'm glad I saved them before they got lost. I plan on reporting this everywhere I can, so I wanted to start here. The phone number ShipNShift gave me was 215-717-7217. The website is shipnshift.com. THIS IS A SCAM!

I accepted a remote job from ship shift. I was promised $3200 after 30 days and $800 each Friday. I received a package, mailed it and was no longer in contact with my employer. I was not compensated and can not reach anyone from shipnshift. . I purchased a printer that I was going to get reimbursed for. Never happen, never got paid. paid for postage. . I'm going to report them to the BBB..

Additionally, I have received a job offer from this company, and they have provided me with a contract. They have called me several times to confirm my interest in the offer. I proceeded with caution, aware of the potential for a scam, which seemed more likely once I saw the contract. Moreover, the domain was recently registered, about a month ago or so.

I received two emails (one below) about a job opportunity. I also received a call as a "follow up" to see if I was a good fit for the position.

Employment Solicitation Scam

First initial contact was: "We came across your resume on a career site and feel your qualifications are a wonderful match for our part-time Quality Control Supervisor position. Then the response was, "ShipnShift LLC is pleased to offer you the role of Remote Quality Control Inspector. They said my application has been approved for a Remote Quality Inspector earning $3200 for the first month, and $800 a week each Friday after I sent out my first package. I was very skeptical because I have never been offered a job without any some form of formal interview. They sent a form to fill out and sign. I have not completed it because when I read the terms and conditions it doesn't sound legit. I have a business background, and I know when a legal documents and contracts is legit or not because of the prints and tiny details involve in a contract. My mistake was I did not recognize in the beginning that it was a scam. The first red flag was they sent me a google form employment application and fill out my PII information in it, my first instinct was that was very untypical for an employer to use a google form for a job application. So, now they have my PII including my birthday and address.
