Criminals don't buy from them.

My order did not arrive after 3 months, I contacted them. They said my address was wrong. Same address for 16 years no problem with parcels. They never contacted to say there was a problem. Asked me for more money to send the parcel again which I refused. They refused to refund any money. So don't buy from them. Bunch of criminals.

Delivered Wrong item don’t wanna give my money back

I bought a personalised children’s night light for a birthday on the 18 of November.
I received it the other day with the wrong name on it. I emailed them straightaway but they won’t give me my money back for a refund even though their policy says differently. I’m still trying getting my money back because I had to go buy another present, the only thing they have been telling me is that I received the item and I need to try understand that I can’t have a refund. What does that mean? This is so bad. I don’t even know why I bought something from them, a mistake I will never ever make again

I ordered a father's day present for my husband from Belovedgift on June 7th, it said 3 to 5 business days for it to be made, and then they would ship it. On June 16th, 3 days before father's day, I receive an email saying "you've been refunded $XXXX from Belovedgift. Now I have 3 days to figure something out. This is INSANE. Who does business like this? They essentially just held my money for 11 days. I am so mad right now.

dont order from belovedgift I order a wallet for my mom for mothers day n still never received it and the tracking number then sent me says it's not on file and they dont write u back smh been waiting 2 mnts b been writing them once a week and nothing

It will send you an invoice from PayPal but no tracking order or anything as confirmation as to when it will be delivered.
