I ordered two sizes to try on and mail back the size that did not fit. When the items arrived, I did not like the color or style as it was different than what was pictured on the website. On their website, under the "return policy" it says to email them and they will email back with an address to return the items for a refund. I've tried emailing them multiple times with the email coming back saying "undeliverable" and I also called the customer service number on their website which comes up with a recording saying "the number you have dialed is unallocated."

Meanwhile, they keep sending me emails saying we have delivered the items and how do you like them? Please rate them etc., which I have now done twice. I've given them the lowest score and said horrible customer service.
