I ordered 40 squish toys from SHEIN and immediately had issues with the order being sketchy. They either lost my package or have been scamming from the second they allowed me to buy the items. I received 1 item, which wasn't anything I ordered, instead of the 40 that I did order. When I brought the issue to SHEIN's customer service they told me to "apply to ship the product back for a refund". I do not plan to apply for a refund when they are the ones who made a mistake or, more likely, just scammed me. Piggyship has a number you can call for their customer service, which *shocker* goes straight to a voicemail that is full. (1)6263623730 is the number for piggyship. Below is a photo of what I received instead of my package with 40 toys.

There was a game in which I had to invite enough friends to get so many free items. They always get you down to $1 and then it’s like cents at a time. I was surprised when it said $1 for invite at that point. So I invited my daughter who joined. It filled the amount needed to get the free items and magically comes back and says I need more now to get the free items. They are refusing to admit this, like I was supposed to know they’d scam me out of it and to take screen shots. The time before it said $250 if you spend so much. I spent it and it immediately becomes a different story again. I returned the items I bought because they refused to honor this as well. They are just streaming from people. I have quite a few orders that have showed up the wrong item or not at all and they only offer partial credit back if you return the wrong items and no credit for the ones that don’t arrive at all.

I placed an order with this company and they sent me the wrong tracking information. I even verified with FEDEX that the tracking information I provided for the order was not the information they were given from the company in question. I contacted Shein and provided their company with proof that the information they sent was incorrect and they continued to try and scam me.

I bought clothes/shoes from SHEIN for my family as I have bought other small items in the last , this order was a large order about $200 I got an email my order was delivered I contacted customer service who then told me they cannot help me since order was marked delivered multiple attempts have been made to get items I paid for shipped or refund/ store credit SHEIN refused to do any I even provided proof from carrier item was delivered to incorrect address and still nothing al because item was marked "delivered" do not buy from here

ORDERED FROM SHEIN, ON MAY 29TH CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES IN JUNE AND WAS TOLD TO BE PATIENT. CONTACTED AGAIN IN JULY AND ON JULY 9TH THE ORDER I PLACED WAS NO LONGER ON THEIR SITE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS DELIEVED ALREADY TO ASK MY NEIGHBORS IF THEY RECIEVED IT. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM FROM THE GET-GO. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET EITHER BACK.

I made a purchase online, and received emails that my items will be delayed, over a week later I get an email saying it was delivered to my address. I have specific instructions on my door stating to please not leave any packages if no one answers the door. I reached out to the company multiple times

For a resolution and was told there’s nothing they can do to help me.

I tryed to buy a gothic pants for women having a cross on it, it was loading non stop and one pair of pants it took about $10.02€ but was $9.99 and shein.com was loading the payment and then i lost ten dollars from my account and it never sent my pants for delivery and said it was still in my cart.

I have been sharing advertisements for SHEIN, shari h their website to over 40 new users. I was promised after i shared it to one more user, i would receive 300 dollars. As soon as I only needed one more person, i shared it to 8 more people, all of whom dont have a shein account and not really aware of what the retailer has to offer, but the number of people that i shared stopped adding and a was stuck needing to share it one more ti.e. i even had a friend over, shared it with her, watched her click the link and create a brand new account, still i didnt get credit. I got curious so i played two more sweepstakes, and it got to where i needed one more person each time, and even though i registered ome more person, i never received credit, thus never getting my prized. So basically shein uses its customers for free advertising, promises some sort of compensation or prize, and NEVER planning to deliver.

I had a 200 dollar SHEIN gift card, I used the gift card, the order never came, I asked for a refund and they sent it back to my SHEIN gift card for reordering. When I attempted to use said gift card, they stop the transaction and consider my SHEIN gift card invalid! I’ve talked to their customer service via online communication only and they literally taught me by giving answers that have nothing to do with my request. My boyfriend paid $200 dollars for the gift card and I only received 2 items which left the remaining balance at $172! I’ve tried multiple times to fix this with them and they are completely disregarding my issue as if I’m in not missing a lot of my money.

I placed an order with SHEIN in July. I still have not received my order. They and I can both track that I haven’t received the package. I have been trying to reach out to them for 3 months. I finally got a respond - that they can’t refund orders after 2 months even though they acknowledge I haven’t received my order.

they sell un realistic product with shipping cost and then they send 1 $ product and asking to return the product. Then they do not accept the refund or partially refund it which they collect the profit other way.

The first and last name I have provided are the first names (I never got last names) of the SHEIN representatives that I spoke to trying to resolve this on my own and have had zero progress or success as they keep pushing it to someone else and not give me the credits I earned or take any responsibility or accountability for their app improperly working. They have a “game” where you can earn in app credits by doing activities and I provided them multiple different screenshots proving I completed the activities on three different occasions, because they asked me to see if the “error” occurred again, which it did, twice. The first time I should’ve earned $300 and did not, which is why I originally reported the issue to them in case it was a glitch, then after the two other times of completing the same activities for what I should now in total be credited $900 and haven’t received even a penny for. They just keep switching representatives saying someone didn’t sign up with the link but I have screenshots saying it only said to send invites out, not that anyone had to sign up. I’ve sent them proof screenshots of everything they’ve tried to used as a way to weasel out of giving me the credits I earned and I cannot believe they have somehow gotten away with doing this fraudulent and scam behavior to people for this long and nobody has seemed to report the issue where they have removed these from the app or been reprimanded.

I ordered clothes from Shein. Every page showed a padlock with the address showing it was secure. I placed the order and Money was taken from my account and now they claim I did not place an order. I have no way to contact customer support because I need an order number. I have no order number because they say no order was placed. I have no way of trying to resolve this issue with shein because of no real customer support

Had ordered before and recieved..ordered again and never received anything though it shows package was delivered and all ..did this repeatedly giving them the benefit of the doubt because I had shady people around my duplex..never received any items any of the times and have not received a refund...they however took it very quickly for payment...then when confronted about it didn't even offer a full refund of my money that they stole...instead had excuses reasonings and procrastination techniques. Afterwards had something show up in my email asking my neighbor .through my email..to be an embassador ..yeah nah...scam..scam...scam ..

I am unsure what information they have at this point other than my email address and name and address. I have received two packages over the last two days that I have not ordered. And emails confirming the deliveries that ask me to click on links to earn points.

i received a moissonite ring in the mail, that i did not order. in my size. package came from San Gabriel ca, close to my location.

Apparently a scam all over. Other have said its chinese origin. the only thing i can think of is i ordered some cheap rings from a chinese website ***** ** ****

Bought 5 pairs of jeans and they ended up not fitting. I returned them and received an email the product was received and I was refunded my money. I never received my money.

I placed an order on Shein and didn’t receive the order, I complained to customer service and they told me they couldn’t refund me that I had to wait even though my package was supposed to arrive a week ago and when I explained when it was supposed to arrive they still said they couldn’t refund me and then told me to call the shipper even though they aren’t refunding me
