Type of a scam: Phishing

It shows up as the first ads after you google Shaw. It uses Shaw.ca as the fake website of Shaw Communications. There is a phone number listed at the bottom of the ads, which is 1-888-811-9177. After you click this number, a different number of 1-888-951-2502 showed on iphone. Then you hear a recording says Shaw Communications provide -----services etc., and you think you are calling Shaw Communications. Then a woman started talking and asking to verify Shaw customer account by your full name, full address, and security phrase/pin and modem serial number, then she said she needed to transfer to tech support. Then, a man started talking and asking security phrase/pin again, then the phone was put on hold forever.
