Misleading return policy requires shipping to China

Company made it seem as if they were US based with normal return policy. But when requesting a return due to poor quality they said product had to be shipped back to China.

Sharon and Ellen's shop scam with cheap clothing and refund issues

I found Sharon and Ellen's shop on line and was impressed by the picture of these two long-time friends (probably not them), who met as single moms and started their business together. Because I liked their story as well as the sound of their store and the merchandise looked good, I ordered 4 items. I didn't even try the clothing on when it finally arrived. The material was so cheap looking and feeling, I immediately requested the refund they said they would give if I was unhappy with my purchases. That's when I was told their factory is overseas, rather than in the U.S., and that it would cost at least $25-$35 per item to ship it to their warehouse before I could receive a refund. They didn't recommend this because most items never arrived at the warehouse. I consider myself an educated buyer, but boy did I screw up on this purchase. I wish someone could track them down so other people don't experience what I did.

Online order from sharonellensavannah.com is a scam

Item was ordered online and presumed I was ordering directly from a store in Savannah, Georgia. Constant delays and apparently ships from overseas even though that is not stated on the website. Looking at CC info it tells me it was Newark. No phone number listed for a store, and when asked for mailing info to return - no information given. This website is a scam.

Product not as described with no return policy

I bought product from this site that was not as described. there are many sites such as this on Facebook. i fell for this one and lost money. No 30 day returns guaranteed as the website states. No returns unless you ship the product back to China personally.
