I purchased from shapeshe and never got a email confirmation or tracking number and all their contact information isn’t working or not correct, there is no customer service support to help me, just want a refund or my product

No returns, even though it says free returns

It took forever to receive the two items I purchased. Weeks! And when it got here it fit so terribly, there’s no way I could fix it myself. Weird gaps, way too big for my size, quality, etc.. I asked to return the items, but they said it was too expensive for me to return. I would have to return my items to China, even though the shipment came from the states! I paid $100 for those two pair of jeans. There’s no way shipment overseas would cost that much to return my items. I insisted on the return anyway, and the company ghosted me. No response, and I have kept emailing for the details. Would never buy from them again.

I placed an order on August 5 I never received it. I received a email asking me about feedback on the merchandise when I tried to respond to the email and let them know I didn't receive my order I got a message stating the email doesn't exist.TOTOL RIP OFF! SCAM!

I purchased 2 items from shapeshe and still no items. That's $70 that was quickly taken from my account, their website was taken down. I have emailed and they gave me a tracking number and claim my items are o the way yet it has been in California for almost a week. I have constantly asked "Ryan" for a refund and nothing. Now they have changed their name to dresssport.com

I ordered shareware from this company. My card was charged, I received what looked like a message for tracking, but when I attempted to track the package it says the page is unavailable. Going to the website, you get the same message. There is only an email for contact. I realize I am out of $39.55.

I purchased a few products from shapeshe.com through a Facebook ad I saw. I have no received my package, no one has replied to my emails, their website has now been taken down, and I’m out $100. I’m so upset!

I purchased merchandise from Shapeshe an online site for Shape Wear. Once you purchase nothing ever comes for you and the site doesn’t give you anyway to contact them. No phone number or address of company no state of where company is located. So you just have to take the lost because there is no customer service behind it!!!
