The jewelry website Shanijacobi.com doesn't indicate that the customer is responsible for tariffs - The website should clearly state this information before placing the order - NOT after.

I would like 2 things for resolution: 1. the company to refund the tariff I paid

2. Have them clearly state on the website the information about the tariffs before placing the order
