I was scammed in 2023, but I see that other people are still asking in forums if the tracking company is a scam, and invariably others answer yes, even as late as last month, so being a witness (with receipts) I'm reporting my experience to the BBB. On 9/16/23 at 3:01 pm I placed an order through Face Book for an instrument called a handi-pan. With shipping, I paid 40.98 USD (withdrawn from my checking account on 9/18). I received a confirmation email to my account, [email protected], from acrossany.com servicesupport004 at mqcontactmail.com. Having not received the item within 7-10 business days, I clicked the link in the email which brought me to Track718. This page brought up "Inquiries, Please wait for a moment...". The page times out. I tried this link multiple times, on multiple days, with the exact same dead-end result. A chat box opens to JustAnswer, "Chat w/ an expert Online Now. A Technician Will Answer Your Questions in Minutes. Ch”. I was requested to set up a tracking account, on 9/30/23 at 5:42 pm via track718.us, which I did with my gmail account and a password I had never used before. Then I was asked to pay $1.00 to continue my inquiry, but I was reluctant to give out my debit or credit card again, so I chose not to. I reported the issue to my bank, and on 10/19/2023, my bank refunded my account $40.98. Note, Acrossany, operating in Martinique per their email address, and Track718, operating in China, according to my bank, appear to be two separate "companies" working together. This is consistent with other victim complaints I've seen online, where they order an item, don't receive it, then get the "run-around" from Track718. Again, I am reporting this now, because I presumed activities like these were reported by banks to the BBB, but if not, should be, and in the case of Track718, it appears to still be operating. Acrossany is dubious, to say the least, but I saw no recent buyer complaints on scam-detector.com.

Ordered a Portable Ultra sound scanner, gave me a tracking number from Website called Track718 which said it was delivered to my mailbox which turned out to be a lie. They are using a website making the illusion you’re getting something when you’re not since it’s a SCAM. The website is called Nfrefer. Lost $59 which is a few dollars but still it’s a lot for a scammer. They also making it so when you use the tracker it updates which is a legit lie as well as they go.

Advertised on Facebook. 3 orders for Swarvoski Advent Calendars and 5 orders for Jack Daniels Whiskey Advent calendar. My bank debit card was used at time of order. The site gave you a tracking number for shipment. It would say delivered to mailbox but it was never delivered. They said it was probably stolen but it wasn't. They keep saying they have to verify with the carrier. Nothing is ever done.

The advertisement on facebook look legit- the provided a tracking # and said products were delivered -I work from home each day - looking closely at the website - it was created this year - beach bum is the product - here is the email I received from them confirming the purchase and tracking #.
