Ad via facebook, ID’d as Kendra Scott with jewelry listed about 1/2 the normal cost. They sent me a cheep necklace with Kendra Scott insignia metal. I compared it with my Kendra Scott jewelry & I could see it’s a knock-off. They originally sent a picture on receipt of the necklace I wanted- it looked nothing like it. They said I could mail it back to them at my expense & they will reimburse me 8% of my cost. Afterwards, looking at the customer service number, I assumed it was a bait & switch scam. I should m’ve checked with the official Kendra Scott website before buying & contacted them. After several calls & email to my credit card company they reimbursed our account. I should’ve been more careful. Proceed with caution is the rule here.
