This was supposed to be a kinetic heater and was supposed to be made in the USA. There are lots of ads for it under different names. I emailed them to cancel the order several times but they sent it anyway. There was supposed to be a 100% money back guarantee. The offered me 30% of my purchase price. In order to get a full refund, they sent me a address that is in China.
