Ordered cargo pants from ad on a mobityware game. Received confirmation email with tracking info (fake) showing shipment from China. Eventually it said product was delivered. It was not.

I ordered some clothes and they said they shipped and also said I received the package with a bogus shipping receipt and never got anything from them. I have contacted them 4 times and they claim I received it. They then said they would refund my 30 percent back and I told them I wanted all my money back.
