I purchased a "Our Adventure Book" scrapbook for my wife from Serioustrue.com. The photos on the website showed a nice, high quality, detailed scrapbook that was worth the money. The delivery took forever, the tracking number showed that the item was coming from Spain. When I got the item, totally different, poor quality scrapbook was sent. It looks like a cheaper version from other websites were sent to me. Reaching out to customer service at [email protected], they kept insisting the right product was sent out even with proof of photos were sent to them. They were trying to refund only $16 out of the $50 that I spent on the item. Very unacceptable.
