I purchased this product back in April of this year and was charged $49.99. It appears to have been shipped May 4. Had a failed delivery attempt May 26. Then package became lost early June. I emailed the company and even tried to call the number on their website but was unable to reach anyone.

A order was placed for 4/3/26 for 2 in 1 Hair Steamer × 1 $49.99. The total paid was $52.88. My confirmation #QD5ZMXV2N. My order number is #5105. Camille Serein stop responding to my emails after 5/5/26 after my order was not delivered. I have requested a refund and now it claims it lost. I noticed others are having issues with getting a refund. They need to be exposed for their fraudulent activity.

I made two purchases same time and date 4/3/2026 for hair/facial steamer. It’s been over a month no item and the responses from the customer service aren’t addressing my issue and refuse the refund.
