The company came across as sephora. I placed a "black friday" sale order. Waited 43 days before i got an email saying the package had been delivered. I tried to contact sephorafavorite.com. They told me to call my local post office. I went to the post office. Where i was told the tracking number is a hong kong number. I need to contact the company. The phone number provided is disconnected. The only way for communication is this email address, [email protected]. I got an email asking me to give 3-5 business days for them to find my package. Its now eleven days from that email and a second charge was taken from my bank. Totaling estimate $114. No other communication has occurred. I had to shut my card off. The bank doesn't want to dispute the charges because of the amount of time gone.

I ordered an advent calendar (meant to look like the name brand Sephora one) back in October and I have yet to receive it. I have emailed MANY times about and I am always asked to be patient. I was supposed to be issued a refund weeks ago and I have not received it.
