I'm trying to find out if this is legit

I was scammed by someone about two months ago by someone pretending to be from a legitimate loan company I had dealt with. I was contacted last week and told I was approved for $30,000 but I need to pay the processing fee upfront. Which I've been told is a no-no when getting these kinds of loans. The fee is $495. Which will be my entire check if I pay it. I will not pay anything until I am able to find out if this is actually legit. I hate scammers. Get up and get your lazy [censored] a job. It is wrong to take from others and steal what they have worked so hard for. That's all technology is good for. Any information anyone has about this and in regards to Sentra Financial, would be greatly appreciated.

Someone come stated that they have successfully proved that sentra financial is not scam telling you the amount they have received from them, it still doesn't proof anything because anybody can come up with false info. They can be paid to say that. Not good enough info.

THEY ARE SCAMMER! SENTRA FINANCIALS FIRST NAME WAS EQUIBILITY FINANCE AND THEY ONLY CHANGE THEIR COMPANY NAME BUT ONLY THE SAME PEOPLE MANAGEMENT! THEY WILL CALL U DAILY OFFER 30K LOAN AND ASK YOUR 3 BASIC INFO LIKE ID CARD, ADDRESS PROOF AND INCOME PROOF..THEY WILL NOT GIVE U ANY LOAN INSTEAD THEY WILL ASK A FEE BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR LOAN BUT NO LOAN REALLY THEY ARE MAKING U LIKE A FOOL! SCAMMERS GO TO HELL WITH THE MONEY THEY STEAL FROM PEOPLE! SEE THIS WOMAN SHE WORKS WITH THE COMPANY SHE TOO IS A BIG LIES SCAMMERS SHES FROM THE PHILIPPINES!

I believe they are a scam. I sent my id and ptoof of income to them they said a loan officer would call in a hour. Four days later a guy call said he was the loan officer asking me question he should already know if he had my info. Then he sent me this fake pre-approval letter wanting me to sign it. I let him know then that I knew he was a scammer and that I was going to send all the documents to my lawyer.

YEAH they are scammers! Sentra Financials their first name was EQUIBILITY FINANCE! they changed their company name bcoz they are already exposed to being scam!They will not give u any loan money instead ask u money for the upfront fee thingy!

Weird legitimacy

First, I get a call from a random and was asked about few of my basic details.
Then I had to submit my docs, that I did.
Then on, after a day I get a call from some accounts manager.
They asked for few more things and sent me some documents, I signed them.
Given the fact my credit score was quite low.
I had to make some expense on my loan file($1500 to $2500)
varying accordingly.
But eventually, I got my $30,000.
And now am happy with that

Calling from spoofed numbers

Comes up as scam alert on my phone. They use local numbers, through my experiences in dealing with these type scammers I traced the call back to this company. If they were legitimate they wouldn’t used spoofed numbers. The reports above are park of the scam, they are a previous company, actually just a couple long term scammers, reopened under a new name. They are using a call center in Bhopal India to get the names and basic information before transferring the call to California. Do not give these guys any personal information. Total scam.

yeah you are right. Their first company name was EQUIBILITY FINANCE now they changed it to SENTRA FINANCIALS! beware never give your personal info. I believe those good reviews above they probably being paid or part of the company! scammers should go to hell

Pretending that will grant you a loan up to $30,000.00. Requested my check stubs, driver's license and wages verification (W-2s) which I provided to them on May 5, 2022 and I have not heard anything else from them. They even deleted the email they sent to me (Thank God I printed a copy of the email before they deleted it). They are con artists, liars, and scammers.
