The online company also goes by a sense of art. They show a nice canvas print. You can add embellishments and a nice frame. You pay $99.00 for what you think is the upgraded frame, only to find out that is just a cheap wooden frame for the canvas. They never say the art does not come framed. They sent me the wrong item but would not cover the shipping to return it for a refund. Shipping would have cost $421 and the print with embellishments and frame only $359. They agreed to send another one but sent the same wrong color artwork. I told them I wanted the brown and they sent me terracotta. They said that’s what I selected but I didn’t. Cheap, deceptive, and vague website. The issue is on their end.
