Elderly individual received a parcel from SeniorProtects.com with a device called Belle X2, a mobile medical alert system. The parcel contained a contract that lists an invalid phone number and the website for the privacy policy is non-existent as well. When googling the company name, the home page for the website can be located but that also lists the same phone number but a different mailing address based out of Florida.1855 Griffin Road Suite A410, Dania Beach, Florida 33160. The website says they offer 24/7 availability but again, the phone number is invalid and the call drops. The fee they charge is $1.99 a day and in the contract they say they have the authority to charge the credit card or bank account on file every month.
