One of our health clinic patients was contacted by phone and this company gained information of this patients provider asking for an order of medical equipment unknown to the patient or provider, as well as sending repeated faxes to our facilities fax line to gather more information without consent or authority from patient or provider. This is fraud and essentially financial elder abuse/identity theft- Senior Link LLC phone number 888-894-2649 fax 800-609-8670 or fax 801-823-0980 Targeted Person's Location Louisburg, KS, USA - 66053 on ScamPulse.com reported as scam April 27, 2026 Scam ID 1269434
