They contacted me after I applied for a loan and then they said they were gonna send me the processing fees and I just had to send it back to them. Well the money went into my account and then disappeared before I could buy the Walmart money card like they asked me to do. And now they won't answer my calls and there phone is going to voicemail

A gentleman named David Smith contacted my husband in regards to a $5,000.00 loan. My husband was supposedly approved for the loan. The company wanted to deposit money into our account, in which they did but had a hold on the funds. They wanted me to purchase a card from Walgreens with the amt of money that was in our account. Then once they received it they would remove the hold on the money that they deposited. At that point I knew it was a scam. We put a block on our account so no funds could be withdrawn. The following day we opened a new account and moved the money from the old account to the new one. The money they deposited into our account is still in the old account with the block removed so they can take their money back. I talked to David Smith later on the phone and informed him that we Did Not Want the Loan. He went on about we only had so much time to do this. I told him more times that we were not interested. He eventually said they were going to take legal action for the amount of $3,000.00. And then he stated that he would take the money from my personal account. He does not have the information for my account.

I have a copy of the supposed Agreement for Personal Loan if interested in seeing it.
