Reserved a 2 person food tour in Savannah, Ga on 6/25/26 and received verification day before by email. Arrived 2 minutes late at rendezvous location, due to issues with bus and no one was there. Looked everywhere, saw no groups. Called number on WhatsApp (message only) and emailed and did not receive a reply until the tour was over 40 minutes underway at which time, they said that we could join the group, which was too far done, in my opinion. Chamber of Commerce had never heard of the tour business. The tour company said they would not give us a refund and our only option is to book with them on another day.
