On 01/28/25, I made a purchase for a children's playset in the amount of $584.99. I never received a confirmation email of the purchase which prompted me to call customer service. I never received an answer so looked the company up to find reviews and found scores of other people who had similar experiences to me indicating this was a scam. Further inspection of their website showed multiple grammar errors which also indicates a lack of professionalism, a hallmark of scams. I reported them to my bank and received a refund.

Placed an order on line. Have not been able to reach anyone to get an order status. Phone calls and emails have gone unanswered.

A week or so after ordering, I was told that the product had shipped and that a tracking number would follow. It has now been a week since this email and there is still no tracking number, the product has not arrived, and the business is not answering their phone, or replying to emails or replying to requests via their website either via their contact form or their "Live Chat" option
