Nerve racking experience but ultimately great value for money. All in, buying on SE Motors saved us $5-$6K in costs but added 3+ weeks cash-to-delivery timeline and lots of phone calls.

Bought a 2018 Nissan Armada from SE Motors. It was a bit of a nerve racking experience making a $35K plus cash purchase online, sight unseen. You have to exercise a lot of patient and be ready to call frequently to either get clarifications and updates. Purchase transaction went pretty straightforward even though I changed my mind on the type of car after I'd already selected and paid (then I picked a more expensive car, had to call to cancel the original and set up process to pay new balance - which added like another week to closing out purchase). Delivery was a little more nerve racking, after reading some of the online reviews but despite a few hiccups, car was delivered in great shape and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. Just don't expect to receive a detailed vehicle. My original due date was 5/1, I called on 4/30 and was told the original pickup driver had cancelled the pickup due to weight concerns and SE Motors would look for another driver. I didn't get any notice upfront, and it seemed my call was what spurred action to look for a new driver. I called I'm multiple days and insisted on getting daily updates, which eventually happened. Saving grace was the vehicle was delivered one day later than revised date and the delivery driver was a great guy. Vehicle came in great condition. Took it to local dealership, cars in tip top shape. Now just have to detail it and voila!

If SE Motors can make their communication and tracking processes more proactive, I wouldn,t hesitate to recommend them to friend. I would buy again from SE Motors - they've got a greater selection than the seemingly more popular carvana, even. Staff are friendly and appear to always be trying to do their best in an organization that's not well oiled- machine. be patient and persistent and you should largely end up with a happy end state.

SE Motors is great because going into car dealerships is a complete friggin nightmare where you have to battle your xxx off to not get scammed.(and I still lose)

Se Motors had a huge selection of newer used vehicles to choose from; you don't haggle over price, just do your homework on the price to see if it looks in line.

They also lined up financing with a very good interest rate, everything was transparent, not a bunch of hidden xxxxxxxx with trade ins, extended warranties to buy, maintenance plan tricks...etc. Delivery did take a little longer than they estimated, but no biggie, they delivered our 2016 Tesla Model S P90D in and other than it being dusty from the trip, it looked GREAT. Feels brand new and it has 40,000 miles, looks just like it did in the pictures.

I think they're super and I'll be buying another car in the next few months from them again. I HOPE this is the future of car buying and companies like this are profitable and stay in business.

SE Motors kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. I was skeptical about buying a car online especially because it was my first car, but they made it so easy! Everyone was very nice answered my questions and i got a great deal. I couldn’t be happier!

These guys went above and beyond to ensure I got all the help I needed. They worked with me every day throughout the purchase process and the couple times I needed help after the sale they were always available.

I found a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited on the SE Motors Group site for 26K with 37K miles...my dream car... it was love at first site. I spoke with a very nice and knowledgeable sales person who helped me through the process. Very easy and straight-forward.
The next day (Saturday) I received all of my paperwork. It all seemed a little too easy so I started searching around on the internet for SE Motors Group reviews. I found a TON of bad reviews on SE Motors Group. At this point, I started getting very anxious and thinking... what have I gotten myself into.
I decided to shop locally to see if I could find anything similar in the same price range. Not a single dealership within 100 miles could even come close to the SE Motors Group price. At this point I felt like I was taking a chance but I really wanted that car.
On Monday before I sent my paperwork in, I just wanted to speak with someone at SE Motors Group who could ease my anxiety about this purchase. I heard from several people that day who were all extremely helpful and professional. Each of them assured me that I would be well taken care of by SE Motors Group.
SE Motors Group has grown overnight and were experiencing the growing pains of a rapidly growing start-up. They were well-aware of the reviews and assured me that they were putting a wide-variety of plans and processes in place to assure these bad reviews didn't happen again. They were able to address many of the bad reviews directly and put my mind at ease.
I sent the paperwork in... within 24 hours, I received an email stating they had received my paperwork and were getting my car ready for delivery. They kept in constant communication and ensured me that all was continuing to run smoothly. This was on Wed and they told me my car was on schedule to be at my house by the following Tuesday.
On Saturday morning I received a call from SE Motors Group asking if I would be in the area that day between 3-6 because the were going to be able to drop my car off then if I was. Literally 3 days after they received my paperwork.
The delivery man called me when he was an hour away and brought my car right to my door. He couldn't have been nicer and I couldn't have been more excited.
Today, I had a mechanic take a look at the jeep to ensure that it was OK. He looked it over very thoroughly... he told me that the jeep is in like new condition and that I basically got a brand new jeep. Needless to say, I couldn't possibly be happier.
Buying a car online is a scary process because it's a major purchase decision and something I had never done before. After my experience with SE Motors Group, I will never buy a car another way.

My wife and I were looking for a convertible sports car that had an automatic transmission and came across a 2016 Porsche 911 S Convertible and saw that it was at a dealership in Texas. We liked the website as they present all of their cars in a very professional manner, so we decided to follow up. The first person I spoke to was Andrew and he was most helpful and pleasant.

We decided to buy the car. SE Motors offered free shipping to my home in New Orleans, and with a 7 day money back guarantee, I figured "How could I lose"? My wife and I had free miles to fly down and test drive the car and to look it over ourselves, so we did just that. The car was exactly as represented and since the dealership sent the paperwork overnight the week prior, we had basically nothing to do but drive it. Andrew met us there, as we had spoken to him a few times on the phone to finalize the deal.

He was most helpful when we were directed to him to ask him what would be fun for us to do since we had a couple days in Texas. He said we should go to Fort Worth, watch the cowboys walk steers down the cobblestone roads and have dinner there. We took him up on that and are glad we did. I was also fortunate to find as much Dallas Cowboy attire as I could want.

The SE Motors team went out of their way to coordinate the shipping and that went well too. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the way things went and Andrew called to make sure we had received the car in the shape it was when we test drove it. Forgot to mention there was a visor clip that had broken and they made sure to order one and it will be delivered to my door.

I also wanted to mention the young man at the front desk that, I don't believe is a sales person, but was very helpful. I don't know his name, but he did mention he was from Boston. I would not hesitate to tell anyone that is a bit unsure about buying a car off the internet that it will be OK if they buy from SE Motors.

This is the future of car buying, zero pressure, quality inventory, great selection. Their process is very streamlined and well composed. Most of the work was done before we ever stepped foot in the door.

The price was very competitive and their financing department got us a really good rate.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality buying experience on a quality used vehicle.

Amazing company to deal with.
I ordered a 335 xdrive 2015 and on the pictures the car looked amazing. When i received it, the car was even better than expected! Cant be more happy!
The financing process took 2 days and then i only had so sign the papers and send them back. They gave me a delivery window of 10 days minimum. I received a call from the delivery department 4 days before telling me that the car will be delivered the next day at 6:00 am.
I was so happy!
The car came half on the fuel tank and pretty clean.
Its been now more than 1 month that a received the car and i already have my california licence plate. The dmv registration was taking care by SE Motors and made it so easy.
They definitely the BEST and i will buy my futur baby from them.

I recently sold a car to SE Motors. They were one of three businesses I requested a price from. SE Motors came in with the the best offer. Second was Carvana at 8% less and finally Carmax, which was the worst of the bunch at 12% below SE Motors. So yeah, the money was great. But the process of actually selling was a bit of a pain and somewhat convoluted.

This is how my experience unfolded: I filled in all of the car details online and within seconds received my offer. After I accepted, I received an email saying that they would FedEx me a packet containing all of the documents I'd need to make the transfer to SE Motors. I received the FedEx on a Friday at around 130pm. I opened it, reviewed the documents and put it aside to fill out later. I then got an email at 430pm saying if the documents weren't sent back THAT DAY the deal was going to be canceled.

I understand their eagerness to get the deal done, I had the same desire actually. But to give no advance notice about when the documents were required, and such short notice to inform you of the impending cancellation was a bit disappointing. What if I was traveling? What if I was stuck in a meeting? They seemingly gave no thought to the notion that people may be occupied and not able to review and sign documents and then run out to FedEx.

I called up and said I wasn't sure if I can get the documents out since it was so late in the day (remember, I just received everything a few hours earlier). They said that if I could get it out that night or even the next morning, it would be fine. Luckily, after some schedule adjustments, I was able to get there that night and everything went out fine.

After the weekend, I received a confirmation Monday morning saying that they got everything and that the deal was moving forward. The next step was for them to find a transportation company to take my car wherever it was going. I was told it would take up to 10 business days for them to find somebody and they would let me know when it was all set up. The only requirement for my part was to receive a bill of lading from the driver.

Two days later, with no warning, I received a call at 7 in the morning from the SE Motors pickup company. Yes, 7 in the morning. The gist of the conversation was "hey buddy, I'm outside with my truck, can you come outside, take out your stuff, take off your plates, and hand me the keys so I can get going"?

Due to my extremely tight schedule with work and getting kids ready for school, I told him I was not able to do that. I also told him that nobody called me from SE Motors to let me know that he was arriving, so his arrival surprised me and caught me off guard. If they had given me some advanced notice and the courtesy of knowing what was up, I would have done all of the prep work the previous day. As it turned out, both the driver and myself were inconvenienced by SE Motors HQ's lackluster transaction management.

Anyway, I was able to return later in the morning and at that point the pickup was pretty seamless. Until I asked for the bill of lading that is. The driver didn't have a copy for me, just a sheet he was sent regarding the pickup and he didn't want to sign it or hand it over. He said he needed it, which I understood. However, I'm not giving up my car without receiving documentation. That's just ridiculous. At that point he agreed to sign off but he wouldn't give the document. He told me to take a photo of the document, which seemed like a decent compromise, and worked for what I needed, though it didn't seem very professional in my opinion.

I immediately sent over the photo of the bill of lading to SE Motors to show them that the car was picked up. I also asked them at the time if the transfer paperwork has been processed and if it was okay to cancel my insurance. This was around 10:30 am on a Wednesday. I was surprised that I didn't get a reply the entire day. I followed up the next morning and asked the same questions. Again, no reply the entire day. At this point I was little annoyed because they basically took my car and nobody would confirm if the transaction was completed or not. On the third day I decided to give them a call. After a short time on hold I was told that, yes the transaction was completed and that I was free to cancel the insurance.

Why it took three days to accomplish is unclear to me. I have to say though, sitting around with no car and no verification of our completed transaction was not the most reassuring feeling. Along with the unrealistic and uncommunicated document deadline and the uncommunicated pick up details, it's safe to say that there are definitely areas where SE Motors could improve its customer service.

In the end though, the car was successfully sold and they paid the most money! That's the real reason for my four star review. All the customer service imperfections we're less than ideal, but money talks.

This place must be visited to be appreciated fully, they have allot of cars stored here so you have plenty of options, it is worth a trip to Fort Worth if you are in the market for an used car.

After visiting almost every dealership in Texas I came across this guys at a friend's recommendation and visited them. They have allot of cars, and I do mean allot, almost every make, model you can think of, if you ever want to buy an used car this is the place you must visit.

I have purchased vehicles both online and from local dealerships. As far as my recent experience with SE Motors, it was hands-down, one of the best. I found the vehicle that I was searching for on their website at quite a reasonable price. The condition was excellent, the mileage was low and the mechanical were running as new. Customer service walked me through the process carefully. They were honest and quite friendly. Delivery was quite fast and simple. If you're an online buyer, it is hard to go wrong with SE Motors - and I consider myself a, somewhat, critical buyer. I wouldn't be writing this if I had not been so impressed. A great experience on all counts!

I have dealt with SE Motors before in bringing an GT2 RS in Europe and I was very satisfied with everything than, they have arranged everything trough MSC and the car got to me in less than a month, which in my experience is pretty fast. Now I stay in Miami most of the year and I visited them again at the Fort Worth Showroom, and they have grown quite a few since the last time I went there, they have the most impressive fleet of luxury cars but also they have cars for every taste and pocket, Matthew the manager was very friendly and help me pick the perfect car with the options that I wanted. I recommend anyone to visit if only to look.

I never thought I could find a good experience at a car dealership. The car online matched expectations at the dealership. The price was very fair. That was good as I drove in from Detroit. The salesperson was very nice and a normal person to deal with. Willing to ship the car back to Detroit. Purchase was an easy/painless transaction. Daniel Baier was extremely professional. He provided me his cell phone number, answered each text I sent to him and stayed in touch with me along each step of the entire buying process / experience that took place over a couple days until I was in receipt of the car. Felt I was doing business with a close business partner. From my experience you can TRUST SE Motors Group.

From the drive up to the time I drove off in my new car was a very memorable experience. Easy to work with. Friendly staff. My next purchase will come from here most definitely. I have already recommended this place to friends and two of them are going to stop by to take a look.

I love Porsche's and trusted that even without seeing it, it would be the right car for me. The process was really easy, and I had my contracts the next day. I now have a car that was exactly what I wanted without having to deal with the typical dealership annoyances.

I had a great experience with SE Motors. They were upfront and easy to contact. They sent over all documentation overnight and called to see if I had questions. So much easier than the hassle of going into a dealership. Great customer service!

I have bought my first car from SE Motors Group 2 months ago, and the beginning of 2020. I was looking for a GT3 with special options, and looks, and I have been looking for one to satisfy my desires for about 6 months now, until I saw an add promoting SE Motors Group and saw some videos about the dealership and the king of cars they have and immediately got hooked, went online and found their website, browsed a little bit and found my car. Called immediately and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Matthew Schumacher, which happens to be the manager, so we spoke and set up a meeting, went the, test drove it, and that was that. Oh wait, not really, since the car had like 2k miles on it only, and I am from Los Angeles, I have opted to have it shipped to me so that I do not put unnecessary mileage on it, so in about 5 days the car was at my doorstep. I would recommend to anyone a visit to SE Motors Group, you wont believe the beauties they have stored there!

I have purchase a Mini Cooper from this guys but in person, maybe you are victims of online scams using real companies as front, all scams are done using real companies such as Ebay, Paypal etc. If you want to buy a car, buy it the old fashion way, IN PERSON. This guys are real, whoever is posing as them are the scammers.
