Purchased scrubs listed as in stock. Paid for 4-6 day shipping. 7 days later received an email that there was a delay and no new estimated date. Emailed them 3x no response. Called 2x hung up on mid conversation. When I called back was told he “must’ve hung up because he couldn’t hear me”. Said there’s no way to cancel or refund directly through them and it’s up to the shipping company. Even though I’m being told it has not left their warehouse yet. Said no manager or supervisor works in the office right now and that there was essentially nothing he could or would do.
