Scrubloop Reports & Reviews (1)

The site looked legit. Even had reviews, detailed measurements on the clothing. I ordered 2 pairs on scrubs and after over 2 weeks of not having even a tracking number for my order, I went back to the site to just cancel my order. Then realized they don't even have an option to cancel your order OR even return them. I started looking through the site in closer detail and ALL of their "reviews" of people wearing them are AI generated. That plus not being able to cancel or return gave me a bad feeling. I emailed the company. I've been back and forth with them now for a month and still have not initiated a return though they say they have. And now have marked my order as "delivered" when I in fact have not received product. I've already filed a report through my bank. But I just need other people to know to NOT order anything from this site so they don't have the same experience.
